Well, wading through Rusling's book to reach page 14 was bad enough, but when I began to look with an analytical eye at page 15, I realized that what I am attempting to do by going through his 'bible' page-by-page and performing an autopsy of his virally contagious words is going to be impossible.
There is such a large cloak of deception that covers Rusling's words that they all turn into a farce, and not a just a mere veneer of falsity that whitewashes the true story. It is easier for me tell you the true story, than it is for me to explain the travesty of deception that Rusling has created by his mockery of so-called 'insider' enlightenment.
In response to yesterday's blog about the 4 Phases of the Original Radio Caroline, Scottg posted this (03/28/20 08:58PM) in the Comments section:
"Caroline, everytime 'Radio Caroline management' is mentioned, confusion continues. eg. Jocelyn Stevens, (private investors, and no public shareholders), and Alan Crawford (Project Atlanta Ltd with a public listing of the shareholders). JS group had to acquire and equip a boat, whereas AC (via CBC (Plays) Ltd,) leased a ready equipped boat. Therefore when 'Radio Caroline' is mentioned, could it be clarified whether it is JS, AC or both. Many thanks, Scottg."
Scottg, that is easier written as a question than answered with a brief caveat because your own definition of two groups of investors is based upon the hoax story that has been perpetuated by people like Paul Rusling. In brief: those two groups did not exist and they had never existed.
However, fans of Radio Caroline were led to believe that they did exist and that these two groups were led by Allan (two 'l's in his first name) Crawford and Ronan O'Rahilly. According to the popular press version of this story, Jocelyn Stevens was brought to the attention of their readers in connection with Radio Caroline after a television program was aired on Tuesday, May 12, 1964 on Granada TV.
That program was part of a relatively new series of filmed documentaries under the banner of 'World in Action', and it aired just 46 days after Radio Caroline made its test broadcast on Friday evening, March 27, 1964. The filming of that program took place much earlier in Jocelyn Stevens restrictively small offices at 52 Fetter Lane in London, which was just around the corner from the expansive offices of the 'Daily Mirror' newspaper.
It was from his Fetter Lane address and in the office his employees used for creating advertising to finance each issue of the fashion magazine that was originally called 'The Queen', that the interview with Jocelyn Stevens sitting behind a cluttered desk was filmed. Facing the camera to Stevens' left was a very young Ronan O'Rahilly, and sitting next to him and for most of the time off camera was Christopher Moore. To the right of Stevens and sitting in a corner and mainly off camera, was an equally young Ian Cowper Ross.
The office space at Fetter Lane was so small and cramped that photo shoots for the fashion magazine had to staged elsewhere, and that restricted Jocelyn Stevens' activities at that address. Among the companies that Stevens controlled at that time was Stevens Press and another company that published 'World's Press News', which had been around for a long time before Stevens bought it. 'World's Press News' had been previously described as the "journal of the British newspaper trade" on page 13 of 'The Ottawa Journal' for September 11, 1953.
The Granada TV program did not explain how a relationship had been created between Jocelyn Stevens and Radio Caroline. Nor did it explain why Ian Cowper Ross and Christopher Moore were sitting in that office. For that matter, the program did not explain the relationship between Ronan O'Rahilly and Jocelyn Stevens.
What this TV program did accomplish was to allow Jocelyn Stevens the opportunity to spin a yarn that was akin to a 'red herring' in which he denied that there was a 'Mister Big' lurking somewhere in Europe who was pulling the strings. The producers of the TV program went along with Stevens diversion by showing a quasi 'Alfred Hitchock' stereotype puffing away on a cigar, while Stevens was narrating his diversionary schtick.
Strangely, the actor performing for his cameo image of 'Mister Big' on the television screen, somewhat resembled F. W. Broadribb who had been shown in an earlier frame of this same program. Broadribb was a director of Project Atlanta Limited.
What was not explained was why Ian Cowper Ross was sitting in the corner. Stevens did say that the Radio Caroline project had begun somewhere around September-October 1963 (using his count-back reference), and he allowed O'Rahilly to utter a few words to the effect that he had gone to Sweden where he got the idea from Radio Nord. In another TV interview Allan Crawford said that he first met Ronan O'Rahilly during the "first part" of 1963, but he did not specify a month.
Crawford's own entrance on to the stage of offshore radio is mired in the mists of time that refers to the original registration of a company called C.B.C. (Plays) Limited on April 2, 1960. But that company does not begin to connect to Allan Crawford until the year 1962.
What transpired between 1960 and 1962 is still somewhat foggy, as is the identity of the party who registered that company and whether it was part of a commercial operation that surfaced in England to produce more plays for export to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Then that company went dormant, and it was subsequently bought "off-the-shelf" without undergoing a name change.
However, the available evidence to date does support Crawford's explanation that he first met O'Rahilly during those first few months of 1963.
We do know from independent Texas sources that Ronan O'Rahilly made a secret trip from Heathrow to Idlewild (New York), and from there to Houston (Texas) and finally to Galveston Island (Texas) in June 1963 on behalf of Allan Crawford. We know where Ronan O'Rahilly stayed in Houston, and we know that he bought a pair of cowboy boots. We know who he saw and what he did, and why he was sent on this obviously paid-for expensive business trip.
When O'Rahilly returned to London, lawyers for Allan Crawford set about registering a new company called Project Atlanta Limited which initially only had two directors. It became active on August 1, 1963. Stevens claimed in the TV program that the Radio Caroline venture had begun in September-October 1963.
Another key date is November 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas when President John F. Kennedy was murdered. His alleged killer was named as Lee Harvey Oswald who had been in London back on October 9, 1959, and Oswald was then shot and killed by Jack Ruby on November 24, 1964. This compressed timeline is very significant because it relates to the birth and death of the original purpose behind the creation of Radio Caroline, as I explained in yesterday's blog.

Now let's refocus our attention of F.W. Broadribb. Do you know who this man is? I do and he is part of a chain of people who all have one thing in common: publishing. Not radio, not electronics, it is publishing. All of this was explained in great detail to Paul Rusling before he published his absurd book, but as Paul confessed, student he is not. Reader, he is not. So the key person in this publishing chain is misnamed by Paul Rusling.
However, there are more components to this story.
I told you that it was complex, and it is. Another strand is electronics, and that strand leads back to the British Broadcasting Corporation via just about every attempt prior to Radio Caroline, to get an offshore station on the air aimed at a British audience.
But the most over-exaggerated strand concerns the teen audience that was supposedly the reason why Radio Caroline was created. While British teens did their best to imitate various forms of American music, and even independent record producers like Joe Meek were having major hits which just a handful of years later Ronan O'Rahilly claimed was an impossibility.
It was not a demand for teenage music that put Radio Caroline on the air, that was already being transmitted by BBC and ITV. The Beatles were already riding high! No, the real force behind Radio Caroline came from within a faction of the British Establishment, and it was a faction that went straight into Buckingham Palace!
Peter Sellers (4th from left), made this home movie 'starring' his wife Britt Ekland (1st on left); who is next to Lord Snowdon standing next to Princess Margaret, who was holding hands with Peter Sellers and he was joined to the Stevens while they all sang "We're riding along on the crest of a wave" in the back garden of the Stevens' home.

One other major contributor came via Houston, Texas. This is where the brashness of Texas money which flowed from a combination of Texas ranching, and Texas oil, then in turn fueled Texas politics mixed with pre-millennial evangelical religion. All of that also opened yet another undercover door for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to walk into Europe and the British Isles.
As if these elements did not provide enough hostility to provoke negative reactions from within the British Establishment, CIA working relationships with American organized crime, which is known by various names depending upon its ethnic background, also used offshore radio as another means of advancing their own interests.
Tomorrow I will return to the subject of the book 'Radio Man'. I will reveal how 'The Trio' was derailed back in 2014, which of course allowed the hucksters to continue to peddle their nonsense for cash. As you are by now well aware, it was to counteract yet another barrage of fake history wrapped in a claim to being a 'bible' akin to the 'Holy Bible', which became the primary reason why I began this blog!
