Break over ...

3/23/2020

It would seem that the people I referred to yesterday don't actually read what I write. They sort of skim through it and glean what they think that they can then twist to mean something completely different from their gleanings.

Yesterday, which was Sunday, I took a little break to confer with 'The Trio' regarding further analysis of Paul Rusling's 'bible'. The context of that conference was to refer to what has already been written in this Review, and to avoid giving away more information for Paul Rusling to plagiarize within additional print-on-demand production runs of his book.

Because the "The Trio' is in three time zones and I only share one of them, it took awhile but we eventually concluded two things:
  1. By admitting the plagiarized the material that he has included in 'bible'; albeit out of context, Rusling can hardly issue a new version of the same book retracting the information that he has already admitted to; even though his admissions amount to content contradictions because he has omitted their context. So that is a positive for us, because it was something that had not been admitted before by the group affiliated with Rusling's 'bible' who are using it to further perpetuate a hoax that Radio Caroline did not die on August 14, 1967. Because it is so easy to prove beyond a shadow of doubt that Rusling did not just take an 'idea' which he says is all that he took without permission, while shouting that an idea cannot be copyrighted. However, if that 'idea' is expressed by way of original context within a recording, or print; then it is copyrightable. However, the material that Rusling stole had been published within the 'Caroline Investigation' newsletter, and that was copyrighted. You will also find a post on his 'Radio 270' page on 'Facebook' (which he admits to administering), where an example of original research by 'The Trio' was drawn to Rusling's attention.
  2. My own pause yesterday gave me the opportunity to go back and review the page at http://foundthreads.com/08.html with reference to the acadamic monologue: 'Puppets on strings: How American mass media manipulated British commercial radio broadcasting''. That article about the start of 'Radio Caroline' was published in 2009, but it had already been superseded by new information that would have been the subject of a lecture at the Communications Museum in Burntisland on Saturday, October 25, 2014. But this was when one paragraph in the book 'Radio Man' opened up a new series of questions that have taken years for 'The Trio' to answer.

Now we come to yesterday's blog and the information that I provided.

All of that information is still true, but as of tomorrow, unless this pandemic makes it impossible, I will be back to pick up where I left off in my detailed and precise review of Paul Rusling's plagiarized 'bible', and I will do so within the context of our new approach.
