Did Rusling really print an update?

We bought a copy from a well-know company who we have bought from before. But they cannot provide what Rusling has not written and printed in book form, even though he says that he has. Where are the glowing reviews from his pals? None that we can find. A reminder: ​Order #20073701 (Placed 27th October 2021) awaiting publication.
